One of the happiest and friendliest events on the showing calendar, Weyhill Show attracted lots of quality entries with rings dedicated to Shetlands, Miniature Horses and Ponies and Donkeys. Shetland Pony Web was well represented with several members enjoying a day out.
Cotmullion Hollyberry was a berry ripe for picking and won the Open Shetland Yearling class for owners Liz Howe and John Hecks. 
Wenlockedge Isabella, not to be outdone, won the Open Shetland Mare class and followed up by taking the Shetland Championship. Isabella then transferred to the Miniature Horse and Pony ring, under a different judge where she won her MHCGB class and then went Reserve Champion.

Sunny weather prevailed for Lionhearts second show of the new season.
Helza Delilah oblidged for Liz Howe and John Hecks, winning not just one class but two and then taking Reserve Champion. Full report on the show results page.

Judge Mrs V Hampton had well supported classes today  with the youngstock class won by Claife Voyager owned by Mrs Bromich, second went to Garlands Gonzo owned by the Briant family. The senior class and championship went to Sam of Quimper owned by Melliver Stud, second and reserve champion was Champlers Roebud owned by Mesdames Picket and Sargeant with third place going to Buckland Oliver owned by A.Bromich.
